Biography
Jennifer Blum is a dynamic social work and healthcare professional who is passionate about the senior population.
Ms. Blum is a Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Louisville in 2006, and a Master of Science in Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville in 2008.
Ms. Blum has been serving the geriatric population since 2006.
Ms. Blum serves as a member of an Advisory Board to healthcare organizations and supports nonprofit organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association and the Stroke Association.

Megan Schweri – Elder Care Coordinator
Biography
Megan Schweri is a local Louisvillian and seasoned social worker who has worked exclusively with the senior population.
Megan obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2003. Megan worked for a locally owned senior community for more than 17 years prior to joining the Ky ElderLaw team, bringing years of experience working directly with seniors and their families with her.
Megan serves on an Advisory Board for healthcare organizations that serve seniors in our community and actively supports and participates in non-profit organizations and groups such as the Alzheimer’s Association and the Stroke Association. She is passionate about promoting health and wellness for seniors in our community.
